Act 150 was signed May 15, 2026 and takes effect January 1, 2027. As of September 10, 2026, it is enacted but not yet in effect. It includes restrictions on operations directly above or within 1,500 feet horizontally of known military installations and correctional or detention facilities without the required written consent, subject to statutory exceptions. Existing FAA and other applicable laws continue to apply. Our pilot reviews each site's requirements; client permission does not override airspace or facility restrictions.

Clients must have authority to permit access and collection, disclose site restrictions, and coordinate occupants and contractors. We avoid intentional intrusion into private activities and may suspend unsafe or unlawful work.

Your approved scope names each product and its export formats. Files are delivered through your Provision portal. DroneDeploy view or editable access requires a separate custom agreement; it is not included.

Accuracy depends on the aircraft, site conditions, flight plan, processing method, and whether RTK, checkpoints, or professional survey control are required. RTK-enabled mapping can improve geospatial alignment and repeatability, but it is not automatically a certified survey. We define the appropriate method and intended use with you before quoting the project.

Provision Aerolytics independently provides aerial imagery, visual documentation, progress monitoring, inspection support, models, and informational site intelligence. If a project requires legal boundaries, certified elevations, construction staking, engineering-design measurements, or another regulated surveying product, we will identify that need during review and coordinate the appropriate next step with a South Carolina-licensed surveying professional.
